Policies and FAQ's
Return Policy: Unused items may be returned (with receipt) within 7 days of the purchase date for full credit via cash or credit.
If the item is returned within a 30-day period (with receipt), we are able to issue store credit for the price paid.
Wrapping Policy: We would be happy to box or wrap your full-priced item free of charge. If you choose to put your item in a gift box and would also like it wrapped, a small fee will be charged ($1-$5).
If the item you purchased is more than 20% off, we will wrap it or put it in a box for a small free ($1-$5).

Yes! We accept cash, check and credit cards.
What are your store hours?
Our hours vary both seasonally and by the day. Please call Madison at 203.245.8663 or New Haven at 203.868.8196 for the most up to date information.
Do you take antiques, handmade crafts and other unique wares on consignment?
Yes, occasionally we do. Please send a photo of the item(s) along with any other pertinent information to walkerlodenltd@gmail.com and we will let you know if we are interested.
Do you work with local charities and organizations on special events and projects?
